Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Boutique Goes Viral account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open the Game and note your player name and friend code (your friend code is on the Friends tab of the rankings).
2. Email contact@codevine.net with the subject "Delete my account", including that name and code. If you linked Apple or Google, you can instead write from that email address.
3. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player account, name, friend code and friends list, game progress and inventory, currency balances, push notification tokens, linked Apple/Google identifiers and email address.

What we keep

Records of purchases (product, date, amount, store transaction ID) that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, for up to 10 years, and security logs for up to 90 days. Leaderboard entries are anonymised.

Deleting the account cannot be undone, and purchased virtual items are lost. Uninstalling the Game alone does not delete your account.
